PIP > Product Image Prep

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Image Prep Technician (PIP) will be assisting the art team in prepping files for upload to our ecommerce customer’s websites. The images prepared will be sent to the ecommerce operations team for uploading. The ideal candidate for this role would have a background in Photoshop and would have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of some of our licenses is a plus, like Disney, Marvel, Warner Brothers, & Nintendo to name a few.

DUTIES (Including but not limited to):

• Support Design Team with onboarding new properties and adopting their style guide assets into relevant designs.
• Manage Trello assignments, create packages in NUXEO, submit designs to Licensing and follow up on approval and revision status.
• Understanding of tools and downstream efforts to ensure accuracy of developer on front end. Some revisions as it makes sense.
• Understanding of our design workflow and communication with Licensing team.
• Create the mock-ups of t-shirts used to sell & advertise across our eCommerce platforms.
• Develop photoshop templates for our apparel & accessory products
• Update templates based on product & inventory changes Prep files for all printed goods such as direct-to-garment, all-over, embroidery, & sublimation.
• Audit print files for a range print on demand products, including apparel, accessories, and home good items.
• Work closely with our sales, upload, & print teams to prep product for time sensitive launches Handle product for big name licenses such as Disney, Marvel, Nintendo, and so much more.
