Finance Manager

* Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

* Proven leadership experience managing accounting and finance teams.

* Strong experience preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

* In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, tax filings, and coordination with government authorities and regulatory agencies.

* Hands-on experience overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

* Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

* Strong knowledge of cost accounting, including product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.

* Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience coordinating accounting and finance operations for two or more manufacturing plants or business units.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

* Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning and reporting tools is highly desirable.
