Compliance specialist (Import / Export)

Maintain and update the Inventory Control System (Annex 24), ensuring the integrity, traceability, and reliability of foreign trade information.

Monitor and manage the Credits and Guarantees Control System (Annex 30), ensuring the proper application of discharges and the control of corresponding tax credits.

Perform periodic reconciliations between Annex 24, Annex 30, ERP records, customs entries (pedimentos), and physical inventories, identifying discrepancies and coordinating the necessary corrective actions.

Analyze inventory balances, goods pending return, and temporary importation holding periods to ensure compliance with IMMEX Program obligations.

Manage customs entry (pedimento) amendments resulting from inconsistencies identified during reconciliations, internal validations, or audit requirements.
