Designs and develops productspecific test plans, procedures, and test equipment. Analyze, recommend, and troubleshoot, as well as improve manufacturing related testing processes. Provides test support for internal and external.
Monitors test performance and defect data, including performance improvement, process improvement, and data integrity.
Develops and implements basic product specific testing processes.
Provides results based data and test support to internal and external customers.
Provides trial training to production employees
Research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve test coverage, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Supervision and Support to Service Cell (Service Cell).

Experiencia y requisitos

Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the electronics industry.
Must have experience in programming with Visual Basic or C++ (preferably), as well as LabVIEW.
Practical knowledge of PCBA and engineering procedures related to electronic components is required,
Experience in performing and managing ICT, FP, and FT testing.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of English proficiency (90%),
