Maintenance Supervisor Bilingual

• Design fixtures to equip processes and machine tools to improve productivity and product quality.

• Directly participate in the installation and successful start-up of new machines, testing equipment, inspection equipment, and automation for machining.

• Develop manufacturing processes, new projects, and line transfers. • Provide support to production areas by offering timely solutions to daily problems.

• Introduce new products.

• Validate mechanical and electrical equipment such as development, installation, validation, and maintenance.

• Manage plant design including construction (electrical, plumbing, and exhaust systems), manufacturing cells, and machinery using AutoCAD.

• Ensure that equipment is calibrated according to calibration standards.

• Maintains processes, safety, health, and the company's reputation by complying with government regulations.

• Management of manufacturing processes; BOM, Lean Manufacturing, Work Instructions.

• Design of fixtures and tools for machines and production.

• Support in training operators on new processes and equipment.

• Planning preventive maintenance for different machinery and equipment to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability, investigating and reporting breakdowns, following up on maintenance.

• Maintains the product and process database by writing software programs; entering data.

• Coordinate spare parts for activities related to identifying suppliers and specifying requirements.

• Lead, instruct, and supervise manufacturing engineers, maintenance technicians, and engineering technicians.

• Implement and maintain the work order system with maintenance software.

• Recommend new equipment and/or preventive techniques to improve reliability.

• Manage and approve work done by external contractors.
