This position is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of Total Rewards. This can include a whole host of activities.

Experiencia y requisitos

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
English proficiency- written communication skills required.
Computer/system skills/MS Office skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
Scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities preferred. Knowledge of inventory and planning, and a basic understanding of manufacturing operations, with product and commodity knowledge a plus.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, are preferred.
Maintain and promote the highest level of professionalism and business ethics.
