Warehouse Manager (Plant 1 )

Main Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.
• Plan and coordinate activities of receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.
• Oversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy, as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6 Sigma).
• Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, in-transit, inbounds, outbounds)
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.
• Develop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.
• Implement contingency plans for operational disruptions.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers on an ongoing basis.
