For This Role, You Will Need: B.S. in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Hands‑on experience supporting or leading manufacturing processes related to welding, heat treatment, and surface finishing. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements in a production environment. Working knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time while maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis, 6 Sigma, A3s or similar methodologies. Practical knowledge of advanced fabrication processes, including welding methods, surface finishing requirements, and process costing. Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering systems such as ERP platforms, CAD tools, Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) or project management software. Experience supporting new product introductions, equipment qualification, or process validation activities. TIG, Laser Welding certification preferred (or equivalent documented experience).
