Qualifications You Must Have: Proficient conversational and written English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings and professional interactions. Bachelor’s degree (Electronic, Mechanical or related) and 5 years of prior relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills including data analysis, reporting, and basic data management. 3+ years of experience in leadership or similar roles, including direct personnel management and coordination of cross-functional teams. Qualifications We Prefer: Demonstrated experience in assembly and soldering operations within a manufacturing environment, including adherence to quality and production standards. Proven experience leading or coordinating projects, including planning, execution, tracking milestones, and achieving defined objectives. Hands-on experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies and tools to improve processes, reduce waste, or increase operational efficiency. Experience planning, coordinating, and monitoring production, operational, or project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Experience leading teams or providing technical guidance in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment. Demonstrated commitment to industrial safety through compliance with safety procedures, participation in safety initiatives, or support of EHS programs.
