Qualifications Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant or equivalent experience as a Program Manager Core tools (APQP, PFEMA, PPAP) Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Program management certification 1 or 2 years as program manager Microsoft Office, Minitab, Microsoft Project, Design Softwares Fluent in English spoken Softskills Able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve results. Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. Accountable for achieving goals and meeting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
