Required Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or related business functions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect operational and commercial metrics to business performance. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Ability to collaborate and influence across functions, departments, and geographic locations. Experience with value engineering, cost reduction, sourcing, and supply chain initiatives. Knowledge of quality systems, warranty analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution discipline. Experience supporting product lifecycle management activities, stage-gate development processes, product launches, and sustaining product portfolios. Experience supporting hardware, security, building products, or durable goods product lines preferred. Ability to travel up to 20%.
