Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Mexican occupational safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience managing regulatory inspections, audits, permits, and compliance programs. Background in occupational health, industrial hygiene, risk assessments, and incident prevention. Experience leading cross-functional safety initiatives and driving compliance improvements. English proficiency sufficient to participate in meetings, audits, presentations, and interactions with global stakeholders. Availability to travel approximately 10-25%, including occasional international travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EHS management systems and corporate audit programs. Exposure to occupational medical services management. Experience implementing sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives. Knowledge of industrial hygiene monitoring, hazardous materials management, and chemical compliance programs. Experience supporting physical security or site security operations is considered a plus.
