Requisitos del Puesto Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín). 3–5 años en mantenimiento de instalaciones en industria manufacturera. Experiencia en industria médica o regulada (altamente deseable). Experiencia en supervisión de personal técnico. Conocimientos Técnicos Sistemas HVAC (idealmente para cuartos limpios). Electricidad industrial (media y baja tensión). Sistemas de aire comprimido, agua purificada (PW), y sistemas críticos. Normas de calidad (ISO 13485, ISO 9001). Regulaciones de seguridad y medio ambiente. Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Sistemas CMMS (software de mantenimiento). Habilidades Liderazgo y manejo de equipos. Organización y gestión de prioridades. Resolución de problemas. Comunicación efectiva. Orientación a resultados. Trabajo bajo presión. Idiomas Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable en entorno de corporativo internacional). Responsabilidades Principales Supervisar la operación diaria de instalaciones (HVAC, electricidad, agua, aire comprimido, sistemas críticos). Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas regulatorias (FDA, COFEPRIS, ISO 13485). Coordinar y dar seguimiento a mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Administrar proveedores y contratistas (servicios, refacciones, proyectos). Monitorear y controlar consumos energéticos y servicios (electricidad, agua, gas). Gestionar proyectos de mejora o expansión de infraestructura. Asegurar condiciones adecuadas de limpieza, seguridad y ambiente controlado (cuartos limpios si aplica). Implementar y mantener programas de seguridad y cumplimiento ambiental. Mantener documentación técnica actualizada (procedimientos, bitácoras, reportes). Capacitar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo. Gestionar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con facilities. Dar soporte a producción para evitar interrupciones operativas.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with three years quality engineering experience in medical devices. • Prior medical industry experience • Advanced English level • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member. • Demonstrated working knowledge of 21 CFR 820 (Quality Systems Medical Devices), ISO 13485, ISO14791, and other medical device related standards. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment through conflict resolution and negotiations. • Working knowledge of statistical methodologies, quality control and manufacturing tools, such as applied statistics, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
