Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of Organizational Development experience, preferably within the maquiladora/manufacturing industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and change management skills. Experience designing and implementing organizational development, training, and employee development programs. Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and facilitating learning sessions and courses. Experience developing career paths and development plans for direct, indirect, and administrative employees. Experience conducting Organizational Health Surveys and Performance Evaluations. Knowledge of Mexican training regulations and STPS requirements, including SIRCE administration. Experience with TRESS and Workday systems.
