Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field 3+ years of professional HR experience in a generalist role within a manufacturing or corporate environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (specifically Tress System). Professional English proficiency (conversational and written). In-depth knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and immigration documentation procedures.
