The Operating System Specialist is responsible for reducing operating costs and driving operational excellence through the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes. This role promotes a culture of continuous improvement, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and supports sustainable operational performance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement. Advanced English Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, problem solving). Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
