Gerente de Ingeniería - Foránea

Dirigir al equipo de Ingeniería de Manufactura, Procesos y/o Proyectos, estableciendo metas claras y fomentando su desarrollo técnico y profesional. Liderar la Introducción de Nuevos Productos (NPI) y transferencias de líneas de producción, asegurando que se cumplan los tiempos, costos y estándares de calidad. Diseñar, evaluar y optimizar los procesos de manufactura, layouts y flujos de trabajo para mejorar la eficiencia, reducir tiempos de ciclo y minimizar el scrap . Gestionar el presupuesto de capital, justificando y liderando la adquisición de nueva maquinaria, herramentales y proyectos de automatización. Impulsar la cultura de mejora continua a través de metodologías Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma. Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Producción, Calidad y Mantenimiento para la resolución de problemas complejos y el análisis de causa raíz (8D, CAPA). Asegurar que los procesos de manufactura cumplan con las normativas de seguridad (EHS) y los estándares de calidad del cliente. Actuar como enlace principal con el corporativo y el área de R&D (Investigación y Desarrollo) para cambios de ingeniería y mejoras de diseño. Perfil Buscado (Requisitos): Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afín). Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 a 7 años de experiencia comprobable como Gerente de Ingeniería en la industria de manufactura de alto volumen. Conocimientos técnicos: Fuerte dominio en gestión de proyectos (Project Management), NPI, diseño de layouts y balanceo de líneas. Metodologías: Sólidos conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma (Certificación Green/Black Belt es un gran plus). Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (indispensable, ya que reportará y presentará proyectos a nivel global). Habilidades blandas: Liderazgo transformacional, excelente capacidad analítica, visión de negocio y habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

What You Need to Succeed: Minimum 10+ years’ hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA & System Administrator supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 . Proven experience with Oracle Exadata hardware (installation, configuration, tuning, patching and troubleshooting). Strong experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and administration. Solid expertise with RMAN backups, recovery scenarios, disaster recovery concepts; experience with Data Guard is a plus.
