Core Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Law, Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Certification or coursework in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Import/Export Compliance, or Product Safety is desirable. Experience 1-3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Import/Export, foreign trade, quality assurance, or document management. Experience with e-filing processes and the electronic submission of regulatory information. Experience handling documentation for products exported from Mexico to the United States. Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, automotive, or regulated industries is desirable. Strong process orientation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend solutions. Proficiency in reporting, data tracking, and analysis. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and with external partners. Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and sense of urgency. Administrative experience preferred.
