Process Engineer
Responsibilities: • Support on implementing drawing packages and documentation for release according to schedule • Balance workloads by Workstations and Operations with other team members, effectively coordinating on projects • Strong & close communication with USA Design team, MX Production, QA, Supply Chain and Engineering peers • Maintain accurate records of document releases, processes validation, manufacturing improvements, and other related details for future reference. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial or similar). Proficiency in CAD files reading, Manufacturing Engineering tools & PC Software. Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction). Team player with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn. Must be living in or able to work permanently in Tijuana, MX (this is an in-office position; the candidate must report to the office daily). Experience on Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing Tools. Excellent Customer’s Attention & Service attitude.
