• Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS) and basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS). • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (peripherals, PC components, and printers). • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. • CompTIA A+ certification or the Google IT Support Professional Certificate is preferred but not required. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Knowledge of Google Apps Script programming is a plus but not required.
