Manufacturing Engineer - Sewing Operations

Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or process improvement. Required experience in the sewing, apparel, garment, textile, or sewn products manufacturing industry. Proven experience implementing, launching, and optimizing new production lines. Experience in line balancing, time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and process optimization. Experience leading continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction. Technical Knowledge Lean Manufacturing. Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and continuous improvement methodologies. Production line balancing. Time and motion studies. Productivity and efficiency metrics. Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Process standardization and documentation. Language: Intermediate to advanced English, including reading, writing, and professional communication skills. Software & Tools Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
