Senior Production Planner

Education Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment in planning area. Experience working with complex production flows and plant‑level operations. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SAP production planning modules (must‑have). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. Comfortable using multiple planning and scheduling software platforms. Professional Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of management. Highly organized, with strong time‑management and prioritization capabilities. Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness. Ability to thrive in high‑pressure, fast‑paced, and dynamic environments. Desired Skills & Experience Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, resource optimization, and scheduling. Experience supporting continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing initiatives is a plus. Typical Working Conditions Office environment located within a manufacturing facility. Frequent interaction with the production floor for schedule validation, issue resolution, and coordination. Fast‑paced setting requiring rapid responses to unplanned changes, supply disruptions, and urgent requests.
