Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety programs or a similar role with comparable responsibilities. Previous experience managing facilities, regulatory compliance, and site operations is preferred. Experience leading projects, process improvements, or business continuity initiatives is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Mexican regulations, including applicable NOMs and STPS requirements. Project management and leadership skills. Good communication skills in both English and Spanish, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations in both languages. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment with local and global teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of discretion, professionalism, and accountability. Dynamic, proactive, and service-oriented approach. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regulatory authorities. Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs and leading safety initiatives. Experience in ISO 9001 and 27000 audit participation, documentation and compliance. Proficiency with digital document management tools. English language proficiency: Ability to verbally communicate fluently, write effective messages and reports, understand detailed instructions and manuals in English.
