Minimum Qualifications for This Position: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field. Bilingual English and Spanish. English fluency is a must (both spoken and written). 3+ years of experience in material planning, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related manufacturing environment. Basic working knowledge of MRP, inventory planning, lead-time management, purchasing processes, and supply chain concepts. Working knowledge of MRP inventory planning, lead-time management, purchasing processes and order follow-up. Knowledge of logistics, ocean freight, container consolidation, and Asia import/export processes is a plus. Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong Excel skills, ability to maintain and analyze data. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
