Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Advanced English communication skills Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar roles. Minimum 3 year of experience managing Recruiting or HR systems including Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, etc. Advanced English. Qualifications We Prefer: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English Strong knowledge of high-volume hiring strategies, recruiting events, and workforce planning. Proven experience supporting large-scale hiring and workforce ramp-ups, including rapid hiring increases driven by business growth, new programs, site expansions, or transfers Demonstrated ability to identify and implement recruiting process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate experience, and minimize rework Experience using data and recruiting metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement Experience developing talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
